Born in Doylestown, Jen Walton has grown up living and enjoying a community filled with arts, culture, and thriving small businesses. She attended Our Lady of Mount Carmel Elementary School, Holicong Middle School and graduated from Central Bucks East in 1997. After high school, Jen received a degree in Mathematics from Ursinus College with minors in Creative Writing and English Literature. After taking several classes at Princeton University, she decided to stay with a career she had found and enjoyed, real estate.
At the age of 18 Jen became a licensed PA Realtor and member of the Bucks County Association of Realtors. She worked part-time throughout college in new construction and resale. She has been working in the local real estate market for over 11 years. The last 6 years, she and her brother have worked as a brother-sister real estate team, The Walton Team, and have been consecutive top producers at Weichert Realtors, Doylestown. In addition to her career in real estate, Jen has been a supporter and participant in the local music community. Her music group, The Waltons,have performed at many First Friday events in Doylestown Boro, community events, political performances, awareness & causes such as Autism and Hep.B, as well at local and regional establishments and colleges.
Jen has been a Doylestown Boro Republican Committee-Woman for the past 4 years and worked on many elections, locally and nationally. She is also a member of the Bucks County Young Republicans and is helping to start up the Bucks County Teenage Republicans, where she has the ability to connect and interact with the youth. Growing up in Doylestown has played a vital role in Jen’s life, where work, family and music are parts of her day to day activities. And now Jen would like the opportunity to give back and help Doylestown continue being a multi-faceted community, because there is still more we can do.
Jen lives in Doylestown Boro with her husband, Matthew, and 2 dogs, Diva and King. She values a community that offers support for our small businesses, respect and dedication to our seniors, involvement and participation of our youth, and commitment to our police and fire departments as well as our emergency services. She also strongly supports local arts, music and culture. With local business experience, participation in the Doylestown music community, strong family values and integrity, Jen Walton has the ability to offer a new energy and enthusiasm for Doylestown Boro.
